Come and bring friends to a Jubilee quiz and pie supper evening on Saturday July 2^nd at 6.30pm. An opportunity to meet with others and share food and laughter. Suitable for all ages and all welcome. Suggested donation of £5.00 per adult; children free. Any profits will be given to support the Rainbow Centre.

Summer Concert at ESJ

The Celebration Singers will be hosting a Summer Concert at ESJ this Saturday (18th June) at 2 pm.  Tea will be provided by the Singers after the concert.  Please come along and join us for this enjoyable afternoon event: all are welcome.

As we get nearer to the celebrations for the Queen’s 75 Jubilee weekend 2-5th June, let us remember that on 5th June we also celebrate 2022 years of the coming of the Holy Spirit at Pentecost.

We know it’s a busy weekend, but PLEASE encourage all in your church to join is (CTIS) at 6.30pm on Sunday June 5th at St Peter’s Church (Castle Rd, YO11 1TH) for our United Pentecost service.

After 2 years of worshipping online it will be wonderful to worship together in person.

Christian Aid Week

The Christian Aid sponsored walk starts at Northstead Methodist Church at 2pm on Sunday 15th. Information and sponsor forms have been distributed to all churches in the circuit. It’s a circular route of around 5 miles, with a refreshment stop at the North Bay beach chalets.
