The charity SASH are holding a cake stall at the Community Fair in Scarborough town centre on Saturday 16th August – to raise money for its Nightstop service for young people facing homelessness in  the area. Organiser Sarah Ware has put out a plea for donations of cakes, bakes, buns, biscuits, fudge, fancies and anything else that will tempt the taste-buds of passers-by! She would also welcome help the night before (collecting cakes) and on the day (helping with the stall). She’ll be setting up from 8.30am in the Westborough Precinct shopping area. Your support would be very much appreciated – Nightstop is a valuable service to the young people of Scarborough so please help spread the word. Sarah is best contacted by email or alternatively by mobile on 07507 595240.
